The Faith Gallery Reinterpretation project aimed to enhance the presentation and safety of the Kiswah, showcase Mecca’s religious sites, and highlight Hajj rituals through topographic models, improved exhibit arrangement, and engaging interpretation while ensuring spatial efficiency and visitor accessibility
Architectural Models
Design and construct detailed scale models of Mecca, Medina, and Al-Aqsa mosques, ensuring historical accuracy, material durability, and integration with exhibit themes for an immersive visitor experience.
Graphic Panels & Labels
Develop visually engaging interpretive panels and labels with clear, concise content, integrating historical context, religious significance, and multilingual accessibility to enhance visitor understanding of key exhibits.
Textile Display Solutions
Design and implement appropriate display solutions for the Kiswah and other textiles, considering gallery height constraints, conservation requirements, and aesthetic presentation to highlight their religious and cultural significance.
Hajj Model & Interpretation
Create a detailed topographic model illustrating Hajj pilgrimage stages, supported by interactive graphics, multimedia, and informative captions to educate visitors on the rituals and significance of each step.
